" I worked out with Ranjit throughout last year into 2021 during the quarantines. I was concerned about my mental health and mobility. Working out regularly with Ranjit helped me immensely with both. Ranjit is very knowledgeable I picked up so much about muscle groups and nutrition. From when to eat to enhance my workouts to becoming more mindful about how I move my body outside of the sessions, particularly my knee.
