Our Personal Training Sessions are here to help you achieve your health, & fitness related goals. Not only can we help you get stronger, we can also help you with rehabilitation, postural alignment, mobility issues & joint pain. There are many benefits to working with a Personal Trainer, staying motivated, creating a healthy mind, body, & boosting your overall confidence are only a few. Upon joining, you get booked for an assessment to help your trainer design the perfect program for your needs.

Purchasing a block booking packages includes exclusive access to our Nutrition App, Meal planner, Progress and Tracker. Also included you can access our workouts & challenges, which are all tracked by trainer remotely keeping you accountable every step of the fitness journey.

Bridal Camp

Designed for brides to be, her closest freinds or ladies who just want to take their fitness to the next level our bridal camp p.t course consists of 36 sessions over 12 weeks, 3 sessions per week. Carefully designed to help you achieve your goals and includes access to our exclusive nutrition app.

Menopause Monsters

Primenopausal, Menopausal or Postmenopausal can cause an increased risk of certain health conditions such as heart disease, strokes, and osteoporosis. Regular strength and conditioning classes are desinged to get you in shape, sculpt, improve bone density blood flow and cardiovascular health.

Senior Health

Specifically designed for 60's and over to keep seniors fit and healthy. Classes and PT are designed to maintain flexibility, mobility and strengthen bones. Regular training also is proven to improve symptoms associated with Osteopenia and Osteoporosis
