Bridal Camp
Designed for brides to be, her closest freinds or ladies who just want to take their fitness to the next level our bridal camp p.t course consists of 36 sessions over 12 weeks, 3 sessions per week. Carefully designed to help you achieve your goals and includes access to our exclusive nutrition app.
Menopause Monsters
Primenopausal, Menopausal or Postmenopausal can cause an increased risk of certain health conditions such as heart disease, strokes, and osteoporosis. Regular strength and conditioning classes are desinged to get you in shape, sculpt, improve bone density blood flow and cardiovascular health.
Senior Health
Specifically designed for 60's and over to keep seniors fit and healthy. Classes and PT are designed to maintain flexibility, mobility and strengthen bones. Regular training also is proven to improve symptoms associated with Osteopenia and Osteoporosis
