This is a review from Kully Kaur who we have been able to help, when she come in doing a pelvic tilt which was very limited on initial assessment,  2-3 weeks in, I was amazed how much movement we had been able to increase too. We use many skill set from my Personal Training tool box, to Pilates, Yoga and Theraband to help her regain her mobility which was severely inhibited. I had promise her one thing, she would get onto floor and be able to get off without triple thinking about the logistic of it, we are getting there! Her exact words below; 

“I suffer with neck and back pain for a few years now and I have been looking for a Personal Trainer to help me improve my physical health taking into consideration my medical condition.  The majority of Personal Trainers I contacted said that they couldn’t help me because I couldn’t use the gym equipment.  I came across this website by chance and discussed my needs with Ranjit who is a Personal Trainer and also offer various exercise classes.

From the start of discussing my needs she advised me that she could help me back to my better physical health and she could adapt and bespoke the training around my health conditions.  I have heard about Pilates and this with Yoga stretching is what has suited me at this early stage of my fitness.

During the lockdown and working from home by body has become very stiff and I have not been able to bend to pick up things from the floor, sit on the floor, kneel etc.

After only 4 sessions of Pilates/stretching yoga I have already seen an improvement in my mobility and easing of the stiffness in my body.

I will highly recommend Ranjit and the bespoke service she offers. Her style of listening, teaching and patience is fabulous! She is definitely a Personal Trainer giving me 100% of her undivided attention. After such a short space of time I can bend down a lot more easily without discomfort.
